Order Processing
Every order is processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your Maison fragrance is dispatched from our boutique.
Return Policy
Due to the delicate nature of high-end perfumery, we only accept returns if the original seal and packaging remain intact and unopened. You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return request.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our concierge team immediately with photographic evidence so we can arrange a swift replacement of your essence.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within standard bank timelines.
